The internal areas of the home
The areas, taken care of in detail, are furnished in a personalized manner that gives them a refined taste. La Dimora del Conicchio is divided into 2 levels. On the ground floor you can find: entrance, kitchen, living room, veranda, patio, a service area, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there is: extra room, 3 bedrooms, a terrace and 2 bathrooms. Once inside and passed the entrance, you can move into the large living room (about 50 sqm), the kitchen (about 30 sqm) and service area where the boiler, washing machine and sink are located.
The living room has a ceiling with chestnut - wood beams and has two sofà room areas with a big fireplace. The kitchen has a long table for 10/12 people and another fireplace. From the kitchen, through 2 separate french windows, you can access: to an enchanting veranda (about 60 square meters), characterized by a warm and cosy atmosphere; and a lovely patio, a small space furnished with seasonal flowers and plants. From the entrance, following a glass door, there is access to the stairway and a small extra room where there is a bathroom and two bedrooms (friendship room and virtue room). The virtue room has its bathroom (green bathroom). The friendship room and its bathroom (yellow bathroom) are next to each other. In the extra room on the first floor there is a bathroom (light blue bathroom) and three bedrooms (dreams room, stars room and secrets room). The stars room has its own bathroom (ecru bathroom) and a lovely terrace on the same level.
THE EXTERNAL AREA OF THE HOME
La Dimora del Conicchio is sorrounded by a garden, adequately equipped for guests. On one side of the abode, the entrance side, there is a panoramic terrace. It is wonderful to use during all hours of the day, from the morning for a happy breakfast to the evening for a romantic dinner beneath the stars. In this space there is a sitting area, a hammock and a large table for 12 people.
On the side of the abode that looks onto the swimming pool a lovely gazebo is present with a couch and comfortable armchairs for conversation and relaxation.
On another side of the house, there is a large gazebo with a table tennis, a table football, darts, an exercise bike and sitting area.
THE SWIMMING POOL
The infinity pool is surrounded by olive trees and allows the possibility to enjoy romantic and unforgettable sunsets on the Tuscan hills. It has a trampoline steel ladder and roman ladder. The dimension is 6m x 12 m while the depth is 1m for about half of the area and then it gradually reaches the maximum depth of 2.8m in the diving area. Next to the pool there are comfortable sunbeds and a shower.
TENNIS COURT AND FIVE-A-SIDE SOCCER FIELDS
For physical activities a multi-functional tennis court and five-a-side soccer field. It’s possible to have private tennis lessons on site by qualified instructors.
