Wonderful Authentic Tuscan villa

Just got back - we stayed in mid-September which is probably ideal as not
too hot We have stayed at several villas in Tuscany before, but this one is
by far the best ! Very friendly host with excellent communication before and
during our trip Facilities are amazing, highlights for activities included a
super clear large infinity pool with both a shallow and deeper end, full
size tennis court and table tennis table (with equipment provided) There was
so much space for relaxing both inside and outside the property The property
was very clean and well-maintained with lots of personal touches to enhance
our stay We will definitely be coming back in the future !! Thanks again

Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Wir waren im August 1 Woche hier. Es war perfekt! Das Haus sowie das
Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool hat
eine tolle Größe und die Wasserqualität war nach einer Woche intensiver
Nutzung weiterhin super! Die Gegend um Capalbio bieten tolle Ausflüge und
auch der Strand ist nicht weit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Liebe
Loredana, Wir danken Euch sehr für den tollem Empfang und die wundervolle
Zeit!

Amazing stay

We had the most wonderful stay at this absolute gem of a property. Loredana
and Maurizios welcome was lovely. It was a hot, hot week, and the pool was
always welcome, but having so many areas to find your own space was
fantastic. The air-conditioning was very welcome, but the house remained
cool. It is so well equipped inside and out. We definitely feel we have
found a favourite place.

Spacious, peaceful, just beautiful grounds /pool and a house that works
really well - comfortable and practical, with lovely spaces for all to
relax. Thank you Loredana and Maurizio for being such wonderful hosts, on
hand to help with questions and recommendations. We loved exploring the
area, the countryside and wildlife are absolutely beautiful. A wonderful
reunion for our extended family 🙂

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche mit Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Jugenliche) in dieser äußerst schönen Unterkunft verbracht und unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen (die Bilder im Inserat sind sehr schön, aber die in natura noch viel schöner). Wir wurden von Loredana und Maurizio äußerst herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist toll, architektonisch super umgebaut- ein offener Wintergarten lässt einen geschützt im riesigen Garten sitzen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet- sehr liebevoll bedacht, die Betten sind suuuper bequem, Aircondition in jedem Raum. Der Garten ist riesig mit einem außerordentlich tollen Swimmingpool. Wir waren alle im Himmel nach dem Ausflug in den Pool zu springen... Für die Jugend ist wirklich gesorgt- vom Tischtennis bis zum Tennisplatz, es ist alles da und äußerst schön angelegt. Capalbio liegt sehr ruhig und romantisch etwas entfernt von der Küste und wir haben die Ruhe nach dem Trubel am Strand sehr genossen. Wirklich ein Juwel in dieser Gegend! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden beim nächsten Mal 14 Tage buchen- zu schnell sind die Tage vergangen und man könnte so viel mehr erkunden und dabei so erstklassig wohnen! Danke Loredana und Maurizio für diese schöne Woche!

Wonderful Tuscany

We have spent 2 weeks with our family on this beautiful spot in the heart of Italy - wild Tuscany, enjoying the great space, the beautiful garden, olive trees, swimming pool, tennis court and various terraces one for each time of the day. We love cooking and dining, the barbecue is great and also the many exclusive restaurants in the region, on walking distance at the neighbors agriturismo, but also the fish restaurants in Porto Stefano. Also a wine tasting is great to experience the culture in this part of Tuscany. The snorkling tours from Porto Ercole are great, we visited spots only reachable by boat, enjoying the beautiful sea world.
A special thanks to our hosts Loredana and Maurizio who created this beautiful house and looked after us very well. All double bedrooms with bathroom are equipped well and are airconditioned, which is sometimes necessary for a good sleep, it is quite hot in july august. Arrivederci a Capalbio!

A beautiful, spacious and relaxing Tuscan holiday home

We stayed here in early July and could not rate our stay more highly. The generous accommodation and spacious surroundings are even better than described with lovely views of the vineyard and rural countryside beyond. The living areas and bedrooms had numerous unique treasures and collections in keeping with the character of the property. There were good functioning bathrooms, wifi, a well equipped kitchen, a large kitchen table and comfy seating areas. Outside, the gardens were a blaze of Tuscan colour with lots of hidden away shady spots for eating and relaxing in the shade. We spent our time swimming in the large pool or playing tennis, ping pong and table football. As a party of 10 we always had something to amuse us.
We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas of Capalbio, discovering local restaurants, pizza takeaways and shops. We also did a trip to the sea which was a short 10 minute drive away. The local supermarket is well stocked and again only about 10 mins away. Sadly a week just wasn't long enough to fit everything in- next time we visit we will prioritise visiting some of the many vineyards in the area.
All in all, everyone on our trip really enjoyed themselves, a big thank you to our hosts for making us feel so welcome.

We enjoyed every hour of our stay at this beutiful place. Loretta and Maurizio just made it to paradise ! No further words needed, just meet this two lovely people and there home. You will come back. Hope to see you two in Roma again.
